Shipping policy

  • Flat-rate shipping: $10. Free shipping on orders over $75.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 business days for Canada & USA and 4 to 10 business days for all other destinations. 
  • Order processing time: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Delivery time is estimated; not guaranteed. It may be affected by various unavoidable circumstances; such as - customs reviews and clearance, holidays, pandemic, truck breakdowns, accidents, traffic challenges, natural disasters, changes in carrier routes, severe weather, staffing fluctuations in Post Office facilities and other postal service delays like misrouting, unprecedented parcel volumes combined with new safety protocols, reduced international flights, and pandemic measures worldwide, staff shortage, labor strike, political unrest/crisis/war etc. which are beyond our control. 
  • All orders are Trackable. 
  • Once an order has been placed, IT CANNOT BE CANCELED. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Please verify shipping, billing, and email information is correct before submitting payment.
  • Lost packages due to INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER during purchase is not the responsibility of Norwena. All returned packages due to an invalid address we will be reshipped. Refunds or replacement product will not be issued if returned packages are not received by Norwena. Undelivered packages due to Norwena’s error will be reshipped at the expense of the company.
  • Norwena is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.   • You may be charged customs duties and taxes for your order because duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase with us, and not included in the overall shipping costs you pay. It depends on some factors such as product value, trade agreements, country of manufacture, description and end use of the product, product's Harmonized System (HS) code, country-specific regulations etc.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code.
