The 2-Year Craftsmanship Promise

At Norwena, we design for longevity. Our selection of premium fabrics and leather accents are chosen for their inherent resilience and architectural elegance. These materials are intended to age beautifully, softening and developing a unique, distinguished character through your daily journeys. Natural fading, surface stains, and cosmetic wear-and-tear from daily adventures are signs of a life well-lived and are not considered manufacturing defects.

We stand firmly behind the structural integrity of our tailoring. For exactly two years from the date of original purchase, your piece is fully protected against structural failures, which strictly include:

  • Broken hardware, buckles, or closures
  • Unraveled, broken, or split structural stitching
  • Torn handles, straps, or structural anchoring points

RESOLUTION PATHWAYS & POLICY BOUNDARIES
If your piece experiences an authentic structural failure within the two-year window, we will issue a final resolution. Because we do not operate a repair facility, we resolve approved claims through one of the following methods, determined entirely by current inventory availability:

  • Direct Replacement: We will issue a one-time replacement of the exact same model, subject to current stock. To maintain a fair and sustainable operation, any replacement item issued under this warranty is provided as a final resolution and is strictly exempt from further or extended warranty coverage.
  • Store Credit Resolution: If the exact model is discontinued or unavailable, we will issue a store credit equal to the exact purchase price paid for the original item.

Rules Regarding Store Credit & Co-Pay Purchases:
If a claim is resolved via store credit, the resolution is considered complete upon the issuance of that credit. The warranty status of the subsequent product purchased with that credit depends entirely on how it is funded:

  • Full Credit Purchase: If the new item is funded entirely by the provided store credit (valued equal to or less than the credit amount), the new item is treated as a replacement and carries no warranty coverage.
  • Partial Credit Upgrade (Co-Pay): If you choose to upgrade to a higher-priced model and pay the remaining balance out of pocket (e.g., applying a $100 store credit toward a $200 item), the warranty will apply strictly in proportion to your out-of-pocket payment. In the event of a future structural failure on the upgraded item within its own two-year window, any subsequent store credit or refund will be capped exactly at the out-of-pocket amount paid ($100), completely excluding the original credit value.
This warranty applies exclusively to original items purchased directly from authorized Norwena digital storefronts and covers inherent structural defects under normal, intentional use.
